The premium chamber project Holečkova House was nominated among the projects competing in the important developer competition Real Estate Project of the Year
Holečkova House is located on the southern slope below Prague's Petřín, in close proximity to the Sacre Coeur park, between Holečkova and Kmochova streets. Its line of sight faces the neo-Romanesque monastery of St. Gabriel from 1891 and into the residential, quiet green courtyard with a view of the center of Prague. The architectural design is based on the existing urban structure and offers exclusive apartments, studios from 1+kk to 5+kk and commercial spaces of the highest standard. The height continuity of the house keeps pace with the existing part of the residential block, just as the architectural design is inspired by current trends, with a well-thought-out layout and great emphasis on final finishing.
