SUCCESSFUL BOND ISSUE IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
The company City Home Invest III, s.r.o. belonging to the SATPO group successfully issued bonds in the amount of CZK 210 million for a period of 5 years with a maturity in 2025 on 15 June 2020. Funds from the bond issue are used to co-finance and purchase existing apartment buildings and co-ownership shares in attractive Prague locations.

SUCCESSFUL ISSUE OF BONDS
The SATPO company has successfully issued bonds worth 315 miles. CZK for further development. Funds from the bond issue will be used to co-finance development projects and for the purchase and renovation of existing apartment buildings, mainly in attractive locations in Prague.

In accordance with the construction schedule of the Sacre Coeur 2 residential project, on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, the final inspection of the construction took place as part of the building approval procedure in Prague 5.

VITALITY Residence - Press Conference
On Thursday, 24th of September 2015, the SATPO company organized an official PRESS conference and introduced a new standard of residential housing for active seniors in the attractive city center of Prague. Opening speech and presentation of Vitality Residence took SATPO Sales Manager, Mgr. Lubos Kralicek, in terms of architectural design architect spoke Ing. Jan Schindler of Schindler Seko Architects and all services and a wide range of care provided within the residence took the word representative LCC homecare, Ltd., Mr. Peter Jiříkovský.

The cornerstone of the Residence Sacre Coeur 2
On the occasion of the laying of the FOUNDATION STONE during the construction of the Sacre Coeur2 residential project on 28 May 2014, a ceremony took place directly at the construction site. On this day, together with our guests, partners and also personalities from the professional public, we celebrated the official start of construction.
