Our development project Vitality Rezidence (Schindler Seko Architekti) won 3rd place in the Smaller Residential Projects category at the awards ceremony of the 20th year of the prestigious Best of Realty competition.
The Jury has particularly appreciated the overall concept of the project which goes beyond providing quality housing in an interesting location. The residents of this comprehensively designed project are offered opportunity to use specific space for leisure activities or make a choice from a wide range of services, intended to make their life easier. The announcement took place in Prague at the Congress Center on November 14, 2018, with the participation of representatives of the Czech National Bank. The members of the expert jury were representatives of the Association for the Development of the Real Estate Market (ARTN) and other professional associations, market research agencies, bankers, real estate agents and consulting companies. A total of 58 projects were nominated for the competition, and the Truhlárna na Břevnově project from T.E won first place for smaller residential projects; architect: under-construction architects. The second place went to the LakePark Residence project, Staré Splavy (EBM Partner; Expert Building Management).
