Laying the Foundation Stone for the Laurová Residence

On Thursday, June 27th, the foundation stone for the Laurová Residence project was laid.

The ceremonial laying of the foundation stone officially marked the beginning of the construction of the Laurová Residence project, designed by the renowned architecture firm Aulík Fišer architekti. The significant event was attended by representatives from SATPO, the general contractor Zakládání Group a.s., and the architects from Aulík Fišer architekti.

Upon completion, the new residential project will offer a total of 123 residential units and seven commercial units. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2027, and apartments are already on sale. The project not only represents new premium housing but also provides opportunities for commercial use, contributing to the development of the local community.
