Meeting on the occasion of the completion of a major stage in construction
On April 5, 2022, we held an informal celebration on the occasion of the completion of the rough construction of two of our residences
A few days ago, the rough construction of the residential projects Holečkova House and Rezidence Kobrova was successfully completed, and construction cranes were taken away.
On the occasion of this important stage of construction, representatives of the construction company Hinton, a.s. met on the top floor of Rezidence Kobrova. , designers from the office of AED Project, a.s., the management of SATPO and there was also participation from the studio Schindler Seko Architekti, s.r.o. and financing banks of both Trinity Bank, a.s.
All esteemed guests were welcomed by a short speech by the project director of SATPO, Ing. Jiří Dvořák, who not only thanked for the excellent cooperation so far, but also mentioned the difficult time in terms of construction management, orders and delivery of materials. Subsequently, Mr. Petr Šimon, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the construction company Hinton, a.s.
All guests had the opportunity not only to see the construction of the Kobrov Residence, but also to see the amazing views of the historic center of Prague, which this project offers.
Commissioning of the project is planned for Q1 2023 and the current vacant units of Rezidence Kobrova and Holečkova House can be found here.
