SATPO supports the DofE education programme
The DofE is active in over 130 countries and helps to inspire millions of young people around the world.
His Royal Highness Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh, the youngest brother of the British King Charles III, visited the Czech Republic after five years. He arrived in Prague by train from Germany on Tuesday, May 23, and a rich three-day program awaited him. On May 24, representatives of our company SATPO took part in a gala evening in the Lobkowicz Palace at Prague Castle, which was also visited by Prince Edward himself.
The Duke of Edinburgh International Award (DofE) was established in 1956 by Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. It is a global non-formal education program that offers equal opportunities and the development of the potential of youth here and around the world, regardless of their skills, abilities or social background. The program develops and supports perseverance, diligence, determination, overcoming one's own limits and challenges, and in social responsibility and volunteering.
