SATPO Team second in Triathlon Challenge Championship
On May 21, 2023, the World Triathlon Challenge Championship was held in Šamorín, Slovakia, in which, thanks to its nomination from last year, the SATPO Team also competed in the Woman Relay category.
Already in 2019, the SATPO Team was nominated for the Open race for the first time and this year it defended its podium position for the third time on the course of 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike and 21.1 km run. Despite the difficult swimming in the cold Danube canal, cycling and running, when the temperature rose above 30°C, the women's relay gave an excellent sporting performance and won a beautiful 2nd place with a minute gap. Thanks to this, she secured a nomination for the championship for next year as well.
