the Energy Performance Certificate of the Building
Since 1 January 2013 clients have had to be given the Energy Performance Certificate of the Building on being sold a building or its unit.
On purchasing a flat (on signing the Purchase Agreement) in our projects you will receive the Energy Performance Certificate of the Building, which includes the marking of the particular category into which the object falls and which evaluates all the utilities (energy) needy for the operation of the building.
The Energy Performance Certificate of the Building for our projects is issued by an authorized energy auditor and is valid within 10 years from the day of its elaboration or till the execution of a major change.
