Czech political philosopher Vladimír Čermák studied at various universities philosophy, sociology, and worked in research on higher education, scientific talents and science prognosis. In recent decades, he has worked as an independent scientist at universities, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Defense, as an adviser to the Minister of Justice.
The "Question of Democracy" includes five parts which are build on Masaryk's concept of human democracy, unifies political, philosophical and sociological approaches. Democracy is not just a political arrangement, but rather a Tocqueville state of society. A symbolic sign for serious people and patriots.
