The Art Nouveau apartment building in Královské Vinohrady near náměstí Míru and Riegrovy sady was completely renovated. Two new attic flats with a high standard of construction were built.
The attic apartments with a fireplace, air conditioning, videophone and, for example, a hydromassage bath were completed in the spring of 2006. They have a beautiful view over the courtyard of the Prague roofs. As part of the reconstruction of the house, an elevator was installed, a new roof, facade, interior, entrance door.
