Complete reconstruction of an Art Nouveau house from the early 20th century. As part of the reconstruction, an elevator was built, the roofs and all wiring were replaced. During the reconstruction, all historical architectural elements were consistently preserved. The layout of the apartments is from 42 m2 (1+kk) to 164 m2 (maisonettes 4+kk).
Each apartment has a cellar and the apartments on the ground floor have gardens. The reconstruction was carried out to a high standard - new stylish wooden windows, interior doors with frames in the original style, wooden three-layer floors, ceramic tiles and paving from foreign manufacturers, sanitary ware and faucets of renowned brands. The attic housing units will have remote-controlled studio skylights, fireplace, air conditioning.
The project is located in the triangle bounded by the New Town, Rašín embankment and Vyšehrad. In this area there is impressive architecture, the Vltava with steamers and pedal boats, the impressive Vyšehrad, Zítkovy sady, the Botanical Garden and the Church of Emmaus.
