MORE THAN JUST HOME.
The mission of Vitality Residence is to create pleasant and comfortable housing in the centre of the city for an above-standard, long and varied life for active people. Housing that meets all expectations changing over time according to individual needs and wishes.
Reception, a club lounge with fireplace, a common party zone with kitchen, fitness centre and mobility centre, a surgery with consultancy office and outdoor relaxation zone are available exclusively to residents. The residents have the option of enjoying an entire range of offered leisure time and social activities, including workout and fitness programmes at the residence. When designing Vitality Residence we also included and area for a restaurant and commercial areas suitable for business activities or for providing health and beauty care. Everything is designed to enhance and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
STANDARD AND QUALITY.
Refined design and quality are our obligation and we focus on high-quality interior components. The overall final completion of the flats is to a premium level, e.g. the standard bathrooms are equipped with world-famous brands such as Villeroy & Boch and Porcelaingres and the SIKO Company (www.siko.cz) is the primary supplier. Large-format wooden windows ensure sufficient sunlight and selected flats afford beautiful views of Sacre Coeur Park. We also designed glazed balconies with wooden floors, terraces and front gardens with flower borders.
The standard layout of the flats is divided into a private and living area, with sufficient storage space and easy modification to ensure wheelchair access if necessary. Selected flats include en-suite bathrooms. The flats also have individually adjustable wall-to-wall under-floor heating, access to high-speed internet, cable television, assistance buttons and potential installation of a motion sensor. All flats on the last floors have an air-conditioning unit. Each flat has a cellar and parking in the underground car park available.

Vitality Residence offer a completely new standard of living reflecting all the needs and wishes of the residents. As well as basic residential services, which includes reception, basic home care and leisure-time activities, the residences also offer a wide range of optional supplementary services with the goal of making every-day duties simpler and allowing residents to enjoy everything they like, whether this concerns help preparing private events for your friends or assistance when dealing with the authorities.
And if you are not feeling well, have suffered an injury, illness or don’t wish to remain longer in hospital than essential, Vitality Residence also offered 24/7 home health care through qualified contractual partners. A fully integrated healthcare programme places emphasis on providing assistance to residents, integrates proactive and reactive services, which improve health and the mental fitness thanks to rehabilitation, exercise and educational programmes.
