SUCCESSFUL BOND ISSUE IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET

The company City Home Invest III, s.r.o. belonging to the SATPO group successfully issued bonds in the amount of CZK 210 million for a period of 5 years with a maturity in 2025 on 15th June 2020. Funds from the bond issue are used to co-finance and purchase existing apartment buildings and co-ownership shares in attractive Prague locations.

The first national triathlon in 2020

SATPO supported this year's first nationwide triathlon. In the race for 750 meters of swimming, 20 km of cycling and 5 km of running, we were represented by a competitor who won a beautiful 3rd place in her AG category and overall in the women's category.

SATPO and Triathlon Challenge Prague

On the occasion of the biggest triathlon event in the Czech Republic, the FORD Challenge Prague 2019 in the relay race 1.9 km swimming x 90 km cycling x 21 km running, the SATPO team won the absolute win in the Relay Women category.

T-MOBILE OLYMPIC RUN 2019

On June 19, 2018, SATPO sports enthusiasts traditionally took part in another T-Mobile Olympic Run in Prague's Ladronka Park. Again, personal records have been reached, the fastest runner in third place finish in AG was able to run 10 km in 44 minutes!

SATPO breakfast - celebration of the 25th anniversary

On June 4, 2019, at 9 am, a ceremonial meeting with media representatives and representatives of real estate companies took place to mark the 25th anniversary of SATPO's establishment in the representative premises of the SATPO sales center. The executive director Linda Krásová, MBA, took the lead and spoke a few words about SATPO's history, present and plans, which include not only new development projects, but also investments in existing apartment buildings as part of the strategic expansion of the SATPO Group's real estate portfolio and sales apartment apartments under the City Home brand.
